The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Provision Of All Services For The Implementation Of A Heat Supply System Within The Framework Of A Functional General Contractor Contract. This Includes In Particular The Completion Of The Existing Design And Approval Planning In Accordance With The Service Description And The Interface List, The Creation Of The Complete Implementation, Work And Assembly Planning, The Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of The System As Well As The Implementation Of Training Measures And The Creation Of The Complete Final Documentation. The Heat Supply System Essentially Consists Of A Large Industrial Heat Pump To Use Waste Heat From A Data Center And Hot Water Generators To Cover The Peak And Reserve Heat Load. The Project Is Completed, Among Other Things, By A Water Treatment System, The Higher-Level Electrical And Control Technology, The District Heating Network System And The Construction Of The Required Buildings. The Service Is Awarded As A Complete Turnkey Service. The General Contractor Assumes Sole And Full Responsibility For The Contractual Planning And Execution Of All Services As Well As For The Coordination Of All Interfaces, Suppliers And Subcontractors.
