This Consultation Is Launched According To The Restricted Call For Tenders Procedure, In Application Of Articles R1261-6 To R2161-9 Of The Public Order Code. The Project Management Mission Relating To The Operation Of Regrouping The Central Services Of The Deputy General Directorate Of Solidarity (Dgas) In The Real Estate Complex Of 158 & 160 Avenue Bollée In Le Mans - Relaunch. The Requalification Of This Real Estate Complex Is The Subject Of This Mission Which Includes A Restructuring With Improvement Of Thermal Comfort. The Part Of The Forecast Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Is Estimated At 7,400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. A Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Organized For The Real Estate Complex N°158 & 160 Of Avenue Bollée In Le Mans (72100) (See Art.6 Of The Rc)
