Government Contract For The Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of Two (2) Robots For The Automated Preparation Of Sterile Potentially Toxic Pharmacy Preparations (Cytostatics And Monoclonal Antibodies) For The New Cleanroom Of The Hospital Pharmacy. The Automatic Robots Will Be Used To Make Sterile, Potentially Toxic Pharmacy Preparations In A Controlled Environment. The Robots Must Prepare Sterile Parenteral Solutions In An Aseptic Manner Using At Least 1 Robotic Arm. The Intermediate Steps Of The Preparations Must Be Able To Be Controlled In Various Ways (E.G. Using Gravimetric Control, Image Recognition (Camera) And/Or Using Scanning). The Air In The Work Area Must Be Hepa Filtered, Negative Pressure And Laminar. The Work Zone Must Meet An Eu-Gmp Class A Standard. In Accordance With Current Planning, These Robots Will Be Operational In A Class C Background Environment (Or Less Strict If This Can Be Demonstrated With Sufficient And Robust Scientifically Substantiated Data). We Expect The Awarded Supplier To Fully Carry Out The Qualification Process (Iq And Oq), Including Providing The Necessary Documents, And To Support The Hospital In Carrying Out The Pq. In Addition To The Purchase And Installation Of These Robots, The Contracting Authority Will Also Enter Into A Maintenance Contract For 8 Years (After A 2-Year Warranty Period). The Maintenance Contract Offered Can Subsequently Be Extended For The Entire Lifespan Of The Equipment. As A Reference Hospital, The Jessa Hospital Offers A Wide Range Of Innovative And High-Quality Medicine And Patient Care, In Collaboration With The Partner Hospitals In The Andreaz Hospital Network. The Jessa Hospital Wants To Provide Warm Care To The Patient And Family And Actively Involve Them; Both In The Individual Care Process And In The Hospitals Policy. To Continue To Guarantee The Best Possible Care In The Future, It Was Decided To Build A New Cleanroom. In Accordance With The Current Project Planning (Dated 30/04/2026) And The Agreements With The Contractor, The Robot Must Be Delivered To The Production Pharmacy By 03/01/2028 At The Latest. The Current Assignment Therefore Interferes With The General Contractors Assignment And May In No Way Delay Or Hinder It. Moreover, The Contracting Authority Itself Must Be Able To Use This New Cleanroom As Soon As Possible In Order To Further Optimize Its Operations And Make It Compliant With The New Regulatory Framework. Compliance With The Execution Deadline Is Therefore Essential For This Assignment.
