The Contract Governed By This Specific Clauses (Ccp) Is A Project Management Contract Within The Meaning Of Article R 2172-1 Of The Public Procurement Code And Whose Purpose Is To Provide A Response To The Program Defined By The Project Owner For The Renovation Of The Evacuation Traps Installations Of The Louvre Museum. The Mission Of The Holder Includes A Basic Mission Within The Meaning Of Articles R2431-20 To R2431-20 Of The Public Procurement Code As Well As A Complementary Mission Element Within The Meaning Of Article R2431-19 Of The Public Procurement Code: Diagnostic Studies (Diag) The Operation Subject Of This Consultation Falls Within The Framework Of A Project Management Service Contract And Within The Scope Of Application Of The Provisions Of Law N° 85 – 704 Of July 12, 1985 Relating To Public Project Management And Its Relationships With Private Project Management (Law Mop) And Book Iv (Part 2) Of The Public Procurement Code. The Work On Which The Project Management Mission Relates Belongs To The Reuse Or Rehabilitation Of Building Work Category. The Content Of The Missions And Services Entrusted To The Holder And Relating To The Operation “The Renovation Of The Installations Of The Evacuation Traps Of The Louvre Museum”, Is Specified In Article 3 Of The Ccp. The Project Management Mission Includes The Following Mission Elements: Basic Mission Within The Meaning Of Articles L2431-4 And R 2431-5 Of The Public Procurement Code: • Diagnosis (Diag) (Additional Mission) • Preliminary Project Summary (Aps). • Final Preliminary Project (Apd). • Project Studies (Pro). • Assistance With The Award Of Works Contracts (Act) Including The Dce. • Visa For Execution Studies (Visa). • Works Execution Department (Det). • Assistance With Reception Operations (Aor) And During The Perfect Completion Guarantee Period (Gpa). Each Of The Above Mission Elements Constitutes A Technical Phase. The Representative Of The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Stop The Execution Of The Services At The End Of Each Of These Technical Phases In Accordance With The Terms Provided For In Article 9.2 Of The Ccp.
