Request for Proposal for Cost Consultancy Services For Expansion Of The Joanna Clarke Primary School Hall, Staffroom Block And External Works The Cayman Islands Government (“CIG”) through the Ministry of Education & Training (MOE&T) and Joanna Clarke Primary School (JCPS) invites Cost Consultants to submit proposals to undertake a Pre-Tender Estimate (PTE) for the external works, staff-room and an expansion of its assembly hall, staff – room including furniture, fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), located on Block 28D Parcel 271 in Savannah, Grand Cayman. The proposed scope of works comprises 5,437 square feet of new construction and an increase in parking spaces from 57 to 76, including 5 accessible and 1 van accessible space.
