Tenders are invited for Procurement of Charging Stations Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Alliance for Public Health, hereinafter referred to as the Alliance, announces a tender for the procurement of charging stations. Please review the tender documentation, consisting of: a) this announcement, and b) the technical specification for the goods with the relevant annexes. Tender Conditions Commercial proposals submitted by tender participants must remain valid without changes for at least 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission. Prices must be indicated in US Dollars and according to the delivery terms specified in the technical specification. Product requirements, delivery timelines, and payment conditions are described in detail in the technical specification. The deadline for submission of commercial tender proposals is no later than 03 June 2026 at 13:00 Kyiv time. The main factors influencing the final decision regarding the winner of the tender are specified in Section 7 of the technical specification. The winner of the tender will be selected at a meeting of the tender committee, which will take place within two working days after the deadline for submission of commercial proposals and after their detailed technical, financial, and legal evaluation, but no later than 08 June 2026. Information regarding the winner will be published during the next working day after the official approval of the winners by the tender committee. Proposals must be sent by email to: [email protected] or uploaded to the Zakupivli Pro platform, including completed and signed Annexes No. 14 to the technical specification in PDF and Word formats, as well as procurement documents in accordance with the requirements specified in Sections 8 and 9 of the technical specification. Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to request additional materials or information from tender participants confirming compliance of certain provisions of the proposals with the specification requirements and the legal status of the participant as part of this tender. Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to accept or reject any commercial proposal in accordance with its documentation, Policies, and Procedures, and to terminate the tender process and reject all commercial proposals at any time before signing the contract, without bearing any liability toward the tender participants. Alliance for Public Health is obliged to provide the reasons for rejection of all commercial proposals upon receipt of a written request from a tender participant.
