Tenders are invited for Datalink Support & Investigation The objective of this Call for Tenders is to provide support to EUROCONTROL in the context of the Datalink Programme, covering technical investigation, performance analysis, coordination and programme support activities related to datalink operations at network level. Datalink services constitute a critical enabler for the safe, efficient and performance-driven operation of the European ATM Network. They support current operational services under ATN Baseline 1 and form a prerequisite for the progressive evolution towards more advanced ATS capabilities, including ATS-B2 services. As operational usage increases and infrastructures evolve, the associated technical, operational and organisational complexity requires sustained and specialised support. The support procured under this contract is required to ensure that EUROCONTROL can effectively monitor, analyse and support datalink operations at network level, identify and investigate performance issues, facilitate coordination among stakeholders, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. This support complements EUROCONTROLs internal capabilities by providing continuity of expertise, structured analytical capacity and dedicated coordination resources.
