Request For Quotation Work On Current Repairs Of Residential Buildings/Structures/Premises

Current Repairs Of The 2Nd Floor Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Estimate Documentation (Ed) And The Defect List. All Work Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Current Norms And Standards Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. Doors And Other Elements Are Subject To Mandatory Agreement With The Customer. Work Is Carried Out On Weekdays From 09:00 To 17:00. The Period For Completing The Work Is 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. A Potential Contractor Must Have The Necessary Material, Financial And Labor Resources To Properly Fulfill Obligations Under A Public Procurement Contract. The Work Is Carried Out By The Contractor, Using Its Own Materials And Equipment. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Materials And Equipment Used, As Well As For The Absence Of Third Party Rights To The Materials Used. All Materials Must Be Of Proper Quality, Comply With State And International Standards, Sanitary, Hygienic, Environmental, Fire And Other Requirements Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Must Agree With The Customer On The Work Schedule. During The Execution Of Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Order And Cleanliness In The Surrounding Area, The Safety Of The Object Until Delivery, And Also To Fence Off The Work Site With Warning Tape. Construction Waste Must Be Removed In A Timely Manner At The Expense Of The Contractor, Using Our Own Resources And Equipment. All Materials And Types Of Work Used Are Pre-Agreed With The Customer And Must Fully Comply With The Estimate Documentation. After Completion Of The Work, The Contractor Provides A Guarantee For A Period Of 1 Month From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Committee Report. If Defects Are Identified That Arose Through The Fault Of The Contractor, He Is Obliged To Eliminate Them At His Own Expense, And The Warranty Period Is Extended For The Period Of Elimination Of The Defects.
