The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Aimed At Carrying Out Construction Works Consisting Of: • Renovation Of The Facade Of The Older Building Along With Renovation And Reconstruction Of Architectural Details, • Replacement Of Thermal Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Newer Building, • Insulation Of The Ventilated Flat Roof Of The Newer Building, • Insulation Of The Roof In The Usable Part And The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic Of The Older Building, • Replacement Of The Existing External Window And Door Joinery In Both Buildings, • Reconstruction Of The System Heating, Including Changing The Heating Method From An Oil Boiler To An Air/Water Heat Pump Cooperating With An Electric Boiler As A Peak Source, • Construction Of A New Central Heating Installation, • Reconstruction Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation (Replacement Of Domestic Hot Water Heaters). The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz, Which Is A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: Technical Design, Detailed Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
