The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work In The Design And Build Mode: For The Task Titled Modernization Of Teaching Rooms No. 208 In Building D1 And 206 And 332 In Building D2 Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology In Wrocław On The Basis And Within The Scope Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu), Including Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Above-Mentioned Task, Execution Of Construction Works And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works. The Implementation Of The Contract Will Take Place In The Stages And Scopes Specified Below: A) Stage I: ⎯ Preparation Of A Construction Inventory To The Extent Necessary To Perform Design Work, ⎯ Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements - To The Extent Required, Including A Construction Design And Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit (If Required); ⎯ Preparation Of Other Studies Needed To Implement This Contract; ⎯ Development/Updating Of A Multi-Discipline Project Execution;⎯ Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates;⎯ Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb);⎯ Obtaining The Employers Approval For The Above-Mentioned. Documents;⎯ Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentationb) Stage Ii:⎯ Implementation Of Construction Works Within The Scope Described In The Fup Based On The Documentation Created As Part Of The Implementation Of Stage I Of This Contract;⎯ Obtaining Arrangements, Certificates And Other Documents Necessary At This Stage Of Contract Implementation;⎯ Developing As-Built Construction Documentation And Submitting It To The Ordering Party;⎯ Preparing The Necessary Documents And Reporting The Completion Of Works To The District Office Construction Supervision Inspector For The City Of Wrocław;⎯ Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment.;Construction Works Mean The Full Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works In All Construction Industries, Demolition Works, Assembly Works, Construction Services Within The Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program And The Ordering Partys Guidelines Based On The Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The Contract By The Contractor.
