Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along Dk42 In The Town Of Markotów Mały

The Subject Of The Order Is: Improving The Safety Of Vulnerable Road Users. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In Performing Individual Activities, Including: On The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With Drainage (Rainwater Drainage) And Technical Infrastructure, As Well As Other Activities In Accordance With Further Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design Stage And The Implementation Stage, In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Design And Build System. Not Limited To The Works Listed Below, But In Accordance With All Other Requirements Specified In The Ffu, The Logical Whole Resulting From The Completion Of The Design And Construction Process Resulting From Applicable Law, The Order Should Design And Perform, In Particular, The Following Works: 1. Construction Of A Section Of The Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Right Side (From Km 26+030 To Km 26+900),2. Construction Of A Storm Sewerage Section, Including For Both Bus Bays (From Km 26+030 To Km 26+900),3. Construction Of A Pedestrian Crossing At Km 26+770.4. Construction Of The Suggested Crossing At The Subordinate Inlet Of District Road No. 1339 O At Km 26+810 Dk 42.5. Implementation Of A System Of Textured Surface Markings, I.E. Warning Strips Before Pedestrian Crossings.6. Implementation Of Dedicated Lighting At Crossings And Adaptation Of Road Lighting To The Constructed Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Including The Construction Of Transition Sections.7. Construction Of Accesses To Bus Bays With Platforms, Including The Necessary Adjustment Of The Location And Geometry Of The Bays.8. Reconstruction Of Colliding Networks. The Scope Of The Design And Implementation Stage Of Works Includes, Among Others: Activities: 1) Carrying Out A Field Visit To Identify The Subject Of The Order. 2) Obtaining Geodetic Materials For Design Purposes. 3) Presenting The Initial Design Solutions To The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Materials Used, For Approval. 4) Preparing Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements. 5) Preparing A Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes. 6) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Resume/Determine/Separate The Boundaries Of Road Lanes Located In The Demarcation Lines Established In The Zrid Decision, Together With A Sketch Of The Boundaries Of Road Lanes Built As Part Of The Investment; 7) Development Of Design Materials For Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Special Provisions, Together With Obtaining Opinions, Conditions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents That Must Be Attached Under The Provisions Of Separate Acts (Including A Water Law Report) Together With A Water-Legal Permit And A Zrid Decision);8) Preparing An Application And Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Road Manager, A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment / Application For A Construction Permit;9) Preparing An Executi
