1. Subject Of The Order: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction And Reconstruction Of A Road In The Town Of Wygoda, Commune. Wola Krzysztoporska Including The Construction Of Street Lighting, Water Supply Network, Sanitary Sewage System, Open Ditch, Reconstruction Of Culverts And Removal Of Conflicts With The Energy Network.1.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Employers Guidelines - Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Bills Of Quantities (Attached As An Aid)1.3. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz With Annexes And Recommendations Of The Employer, Investors And Authors Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.1.4. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Quantity Of Works Against The Order Documentation. Any Lack Of Necessary Works In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them At The Contract Price.1.5. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantities Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities And The Billing Element Table Template To The Amounts According To His Own Calculations On The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Valuation Based On Technical Knowledge, Order Documentation, And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All Necessary Construction Works To Complete The Investment In Question.1.6.
