The Scope Of Work For The Implementation Of This Order Includes The Execution Of All Construction Works And Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities Together With The Cost Estimate And Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works And Earthworks, 2) Construction Of Foundations, 3) Construction Of The Surface (Accesses / Access Roads To Individual Elements Made Of Composite Boards), 4) Delivery And Installation Of User Service Elements: Rest Area, Bicycle Parking With A Bicycle Repair Point, Toilets In The Form Of A Standard Toilet - Toilet In Screen Housing, Waste Segregation Container, Solar Bench With A Bicycle Rack, Fireplace, 5) Delivery And Installation Of Information Boards And A Subsidy Board, 6) Video Monitoring, 7) Area Lighting (Lighting Lamp - Photovoltaic Panel), 8) Planting, 9) Finishing Works And Tidying Up The Area, 10) Other Works Accompanying The Proper Execution Of The Order.3. The Area Covered By This Task Is Located In The Historic Church And Cemetery Complex From The 4Th Quarter Of The 19Th Century In The Town Of Zielona Wieś, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under Number 378/Wlkp/A, Decision Of July 6, 1987, On The Property Located In Zielona Wieś, Plot No. 543/2 Commune. Rawicz, Rawicz County. Due To The Above, Permit No. 741/A/2025 Of October 1, 2025 Was Issued For Carrying Out Construction Works In The Area Included In The Historical Urban Layout Or Building Complex By The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Specifying The Conditions For Commencing Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Was Determined By: 1) Design Documentation With Annexes, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Industries, 3) Bills Of Quantities Together With Zero Cost Estimates (Note: Lump-Sum Settlement Of The Investment.
