1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Entitled: Adaptation And Expansion Of The Building At Ul. Henryka Pobożnego 21-22 For The Purposes Of Creating A Local Social Activity Center With Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development, As Well As Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Investment Implementation. The Order Also Includes Obtaining A Complete Set Of All Required Arrangements, Decisions, Opinions And Technical Conditions. And Obtaining A Building And Demolition Permit And, If Applicable, A Decision To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs.2. Project Area. Includes Plots No. 241/9, 241/10, 235/3, 235/5 Rev.13 And Is Covered By The Podgrodzie Local Development Plan. Resolution Of The Municipal Council Of Słupsk No. V/41/03 Of January 29, 2003. It Should Be Taken Into Account That The Facility Is Located In A Zone For Which The Obligation To Carry Out Archaeological Rescue Research Or Archaeological Supervision Research (If Required) Has Been Established.3. On Plot No. 241/9 Rev.13: 1) Reconstruction, Expansion And Adaptation Of The Existing Facility To A New Function, Including The Construction Of A Staircase And Installation Of An Elevator, 2) Adaptation Of The Functional Layout To The Applicable Technical And Construction, Sanitary And Fire Protection Regulations, 3) Development Of The Yard As An Integration Space, Intended Both For The Organization Of Events And The Daily Activity Of Users, Together With The Construction Of Surfaces, Small Architectural Elements, Landscaped Greenery And Necessary Technical Infrastructure, 4) Replacement Or Modernization Of All Necessary Internal And External Installations, In Particular Electrical, Telecommunications, Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation And - If Necessary - Air Conditioning Installations, As Well As Other Installations Required For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, 5) Adaptation Of The Facility And The Area To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, In Accordance With The Principles Of The Project.
