6.1. Part 1 - Care Services Provided At Home 6.1.1. Care Services Provided At Home For Participants Of The Łuków Supports Seniors Project Under The European Funds For Lublin 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund+. The Project Participants Are Residents Of The City Of Łuków Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Civil Code, Aged 60 And Over, Who, Due To Their Health Condition Or Disability, Require Care Or Support Due To The Inability To Independently Perform At Least One Of The Basic Everyday Activities.6.1.2. Care Services Provided In The Place Of Residence Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment - Art. 50 Section 3 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance.6.1.3. The Scope Of Care Services Tailored To The Individual Needs Of The Project Participant And Provided At The Place Of Residence Includes In Particular: A) Making Basic Purchases And Delivering Them To The Person Under Care. B) Preparing Meals (Including Diet). C) Giving The Patient A Meal And, If Necessary, Feeding The Patient. D) Cleaning Up After Meals, Including Washing Lunch Containers. E) Assisting The Patient In Performing Hygiene Procedures Such As: Combing Their Hair, Helping With Physiological Needs (E.G. Taking Them To The Toilet), Preparing A Bath, Washing, Helping Them Enter And Leave The Bathtub, Cutting Nails, Dressing The Patient. F) Minor Cleaning Of Underwear, Bedding And Light Clothing Belonging To The Patient. G) Making The Bed. H) Changing Underwear And Bed Linen. I) Maintaining Basic Cleanliness And Order In The Residents Apartment. J) Carrying And Collecting Clothes And Bed Linen To And From The Laundry (Applies To The Patients Belongings). K) Bringing Water And Fuel, Burning In The Stove, Taking Out Waste And Garbage. L) Maintaining Contact With A Doctor, Community Nurse, Social Worker. M) Purchasing Medicines And Other Medicines According To Medical Recommendations. N) Accompanying The Patient During Visits To The Doctor And Other Institutions, As Needed. O) Assistance In Handling Official Matters, Settling Payments For Utilities And Services Provided. P) Taking Care Of The Patients Physical And Mental Condition By Ensuring Contacts With The Environment (Including Help In Leaving Home, Maintaining Family And Friendship Ties). Q) Assistance In Changing The Patients Position, Preventing Pressure Sores And Burns. R) Keeping An Expense Report And Settling Accounts With The Patients For The Money Spent. S) Performing Other Activities Related To The Care Of The Patient, Depending On The Needs. T) In Terms Of General Matters: Compliance With Working Hours, Maintaining An Appropriate Attitude Towards People Provided With Care - Including Compliance With The Principles Of Good Manners, Maintaining Professional Secrecy. U) Performing Other Activities Not Covered By The Above Scope, Ordered By The Client, Necessary To Ensure Proper
