The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Functional And Utility Programs (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu) For The Task Entitled: Construction Of Hydrophytic Facilities And Rain Gardens In Selected Areas Of Krakow. As Part Of One Task, There Will Be 4 Pfus To Be Performed Separately For Each Location. Each Pfu Should Include: - The Cost Part Regarding The Necessary Design, Construction And Operational Works, - Description Of Land Development, - Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes, - Preparation Of Project Guidelines, - A Summary Of Legal Regulations And Standards Related To The Design And Implementation Of Each Investment. For Locations For Which The Plots Are Not Owned By The Municipality Of Krakow And It Is Necessary To Purchase Them, Reports Should Be Made Estimates In The Scope Of Estimating The Market Value Of Ownership Rights To Real Estate Located In Krakow.
