The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Investor Supervision Services For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Municipal Road At Ul. Siedlecka In Police (Investment Task). The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Supervision Over The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task; B) Management Of The Construction Process At The Stage Of Its Implementation In Order To Effectively Enforce The Construction Contractor To Meet The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of Materials Used And Execution Of Works, Implementation Costs And Execution Of The Task Based On Design Documentation In Accordance With The Decision Issued For The Implementation Of The Road Investment, Relevant Legal Provisions And Technical, Within The Deadline Set In The Contract With The Contractor Of The Works, In Order To Achieve The Purpose Of The Project, C) Performing Comprehensive Multi-Sectoral Investor Supervision In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law (In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law) And The Provisions Of The Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment Together With Control Of The Financial Settlement Of The Investment, D) Cooperation With The Ordering Party And Taking Actions On Its Behalf During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Issuing Orders, Decisions, Opinions, Consents, Acceptances And Applications For The Contractor, E) Supporting The Ordering Party In All Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task, F) Carrying Out Activities During The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty Granted By The Contractor Of Construction Works, Including Warranty Inspections, G) Performing The Function With Due Care For The Interests Of The Ordering Party So That The Investment Task Is Completed On Time, Correctly, Ensuring Long-Term, Effective And Safe Use Of The Constructed Infrastructure, H) Supervision Of Construction Works, In In Particular In The Following Industries: A) Road Industry, B) Sanitary Industry, C) Energy Industry, D) Telecommunications Industry, E) Greenery Industry.
