The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Design Process, Providing Explanations And Completing Documentation. To The Construction Design And Detailed Design As Well As The Bill Of Quantities At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of The Contractor For Construction Works (Including Updating Cost Estimates), At The Stage Of Performing Construction Works And In The Proceedings For Issuing A Building Permit Or A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Or Reporting Works. The Contractual Period Includes: Preparation Of Documentation And Obtaining All Required Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Final Decisions And Design Checks To The Extent Resulting From The Regulations, And Obtaining A Certificate Of Lack Of Proper Objection Authority For Reported Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or Obtaining A Building Permit Or Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Obtaining The Appropriate Administrative Decision Enabling The Implementation Of The Task).
