1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 Servers Along With The Installation And Configuration Service Of A 3-Node Ha Cluster. The Detailed Scope Of Delivery Along With The Requirements Is Specified In Annex No. 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 2 Identical Servers Along With The Installation Service And Initial Configuration Of A Three-Node Ha Cluster In The Proxmox Ve Virtual Environment Version 9.1 Or Newer And Configuration On All Sds Nodes (Ceph). 3) The Supplied Equipment Should Be Brand New, Not From The Secondary Market (Refurbished), Technically Efficient, Complete, Ready For Work And Permanently Marked By The Contractor In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Identify Both The Product And The Manufacturer. 4) The Ordering Party Informs That In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
