The specific objectives are: ü Design the HIS data architecture, aligned with the enterprise architecture; ü Implement the HIS data architecture; ü Develop and test interoperability functionalities among the various information systems of the Ministry of Health (MS), by designing connectors tailored to each data source; ü Build the capacity of technicians from the DSI and the DSSE in the R and Python programming languages, as applied to data science and to the design, deployment, and management of data pipelines on OpenHEXA (ETL/ELT workflows); ü Develop user manuals and system exchange administration procedures; ü Develop and implement the communication plan; ü Produce comprehensive and standardized technical documentation regarding processes and best practices. 3.
