Because The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Town Of Cerro Sombrero Is Not Operational, The Runoff From The Network Acts Mainly By Gravity, Which Hinders The Normal Flow Until Final Disposal. This Condition Obliges The I. Municipality To Carry Out Periodic Preventive Cleanings In The Existing Networks And Chambers, And, In Exceptional Cases, Carry Out Emergency Interventions Due To The Obstruction Of Ducts, In Order To Protect Public Health.
