The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Area Near The Village Community Center In Byczyna, Including: Demolition Of An Existing Non-Residential Building Located Next To The Village Community Center In Byczyna, Construction Of A Panel Fence With A Sliding Gate, Parking Spaces, And Arranging The Greenery With Planting Bushes Around The Community Center. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Purchase Of Equipment For The Village Community Center In Krzywosądza In The Form Of 1 Piece Of Stainless Steel Work Cabinet (Catering Table) With A Minimum Warranty Period Of 24 Months. When Delivering The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide The Following Documents With The Product: - Certificate That The Product Complies With European Food Standards (Materials And Products Intended For Contact With Food Placed On The Market Must Comply With The General Requirements Specified In Regulation (Ec) No. 1935/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 October 2004 On Materials And Products Intended For Contact With Food And Repealing Directives 80/590/Eec And 89/109/Eec (Journal Of Laws L338/4 Of 2004).
