1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Works At The District Court In Aleksandrów Kujawski At Ul. Narutowicza 16.2. Description Of The Existing Technical Condition Of The Building Intended For Renovation: The Floors In The Office Rooms Show Significant Signs Of Destruction. There Were No Platforms Under The Judges Tables In Two Courtrooms. Small Cracks, Plaster Defects And Dirt Are Visible On The Ceilings And Walls Of The Rooms. External Doors And Partitions Installed At The Main Entrance To The Building Require Replacement Due To Damage Caused By Weather Conditions. Due To Damage To The Section Of The Downpipe, It Is Necessary To Replace It Along With Local Repairs To The Façade. 3. Scope Of Work:• Replacement Of Floor Panels;• Construction Of Floor Platforms In Courtrooms;• Repair Of Plasters• Painting Walls And Ceilings• Replacement Of External Doors;• Replacement Of External Partitions At The Entrance To The Building;• Replacement Of The Downpipe.4. Other Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Perform Noisy And Burdensome Work After 3.30 P.M. Or On Days When The Court Is Not Open; • Remove Rubble And Other Waste On An Ongoing Basis; • Provide Tight Protection Against Fire Detectors Before Starting Work, To Protect Against Dust And Paint; • Agree With The Chief Administrative Specialist Of The District Court In Aleksandrów Kujawski On Possible Power And Water Shutdowns; • Not Obstruct Work For Other Users Of The Facility And Remove All Dirt From Corridors And Sanitary Facilities On An Ongoing Basis; • Not Using Sanitary And Kitchen Rooms For Washing Dirty Tools And Containers And Pouring Paints And Mortars; • Cleaning The Area Of Work Performed In And Around The Building Each Time.
