Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: Benches - 5 Pcs., Garbage Bins - 2 Pcs., Bicycle Racks, Directional Posts And An Information Board With Regulations. 5. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Serves As Auxiliary Material To Familiarize The Contractor With The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Should Check The Quantity And Nature Of The Works And Make A Valuation Of The Works Described In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, In Accordance With Its Own Understanding Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Construction Design And The Bill Of Quantities, The Ordering Party Will Consider The Scope Of Works And Their Quantities Included In The Design Documentation To Be Appropriate.
