The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Cost Estimate And Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Tasks Titled: Reconstruction Of The Bridge Along The District Road No. 1042F On The Bóbr River In Małomice At Km 4+656 In Accordance With The Attached Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of A Separate Attachment. 5.2. Obligations Of The Contractor 5.2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 5.2.1.1. Preparation Of Documentation: A) By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations Specified In Separate Regulations, B) Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From The Public Procurement Law (In The Event Of Indicating In The Design Documentation Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor During The Implementation Of The Construction Work Indicated In The Documentation, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, Unless This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Described Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, A Table Of Equivalence Elements Should Be Prepared Describing The Manner Of Meeting The Equivalence (Equivalence Criteria) Of A Given Product And Indicating Its Permissible Deviation From That Indicated In The Design Documentation).
