The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1: Development Of An Energy Audit, Energy Efficiency Audit And Functional And Utility Program (Including Inventory) For The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The School Complex In Odolanów The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Conduct A Site Visit, • Perform A Cad And Photographic Inventory In A Standard Enabling The Preparation Of An Energy Audit, Including, Among Others:  Geometric Measurements Of The Building,  Determination Of Building Partitions,  Identification Of Heat Sources And Installations,  Photographic Documentation,  Development Of The Building Plan, Including Opening Recesses And The Visible Structure Of The Building And A List Of Surfaces,  Preparation Of A Longitudinal And Cross-Section With Marking Of The Floor Level,  Preparation Of Pzt With Building Marking,  Dimensioning Of Rooms, Openings And Other Important Elements, • Perform An Analysis The Existing State Of Energy Consumption, • Develop An Energy Audit In Accordance With Applicable Law, • Develop An Energy Efficiency Audit In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of October 5, 2017 On The Detailed Scope And Method Of Preparing An Energy Efficiency Audit And Methods Of Calculating Energy Savings (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1220, As Amended), • Summary Of The Results Of Energy Efficiency Audits And Energy Audits In The Field Of Final And Primary Energy And Ecological Effect, • Perform An Ecological Analysis (Including Assessment Of The Reduction Of Pollutant And Co₂ Emissions), • Indicate Variants Of Thermal Modernization Projects Along With An Assessment Of Their Effectiveness, • Perform All Required Calculations, Summaries And Formal Attachments, • Take Into Account The Audit In The Context Of The Co-Financing Application, Including Its Possible Update Or Adaptation To The Program Requirements, •
