1. The Subject Of This Order Are Services Performed To Improve Cybersecurity At The Commune Office In Czastary As Part Of The Project: Cybersafe Local Government. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: 1) Conducting An Initial Audit And Consultations Determining The Level Of Cybersecurity Before The Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms), 2) Preparation And Implementation Of Isms Documentation, 3) Conducting A Final Audit And Consultations Determining The Level Of Cybersecurity Before Implementing The Isms, 4) Training The Office Staff In The Field Of Cybersecurity. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements, Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law4.
