The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task 1 Is A Server For Training Artificial Intelligence Models (1 Piece). The Objective And Quantitative Scope And Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference - Technical Specification, And The Requirements Indicated Therein Should Be Treated As Specifying The Required Minimum Level Of Requirements. The Contractor May Offer Hardware/Software With Higher Parameters Than Those Specified In The Technical Specification. The Required Functionality Of The Offered Device Cannot Be Obtained By Using Various Types Of Adapters, Splitters, Etc., Unless The Ordering Party Has Allowed Such A Solution. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects And Damage, Without Prior Use. The Required Warranty Period For Task 1 - 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Protocol Confirming Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Scope Of Task 1, The License For The Delivered Operating System Must Enable Indefinite (Lifetime) Use. The Scope Of The Order For Task 1 Includes The Delivery And Carrying Of The Subject Of The Order In The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. Place Of Delivery: Częstochowa. The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Exact Address And Place Of Delivery At The Stage Of Contract Execution. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor, I.E. The Entity With Which He Concluded A Subcontracting Agreement As Defined In Article 7, Point 27 Of The Public Procurement Law. If Part Of The Order Is Entrusted To A Subcontractor, The Contractor Is Liable For The Actions And Omissions Of Such An Entity As For Its Own. Order Completion Date: For Task 1 - Up To 12 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Order Is Financed By The Project Construction Of A Laboratory For The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In Imaging Diagnostics, Number Fesl.01.01-Iz.01-0736/23 Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027, Priority 1 European Funds For Smart Development Measure 1.1 R&D - Research Organizations. Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract: A Contract Will Be Signed With The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected In This Procedure In Accordance With The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Terms Of Reference.
