A. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Tasks In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property And The Performance Of Additional Tasks On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532, As Amended) Along With Implementing Acts. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide 24/7 Direct Physical Protection: I - Two-Person Guard Post - Monitoring Room (Bms), 1St Floor, Staffed 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, By Two Employees; 1. Full-Scope Support For Monitoring Control Systems, Including: A) Monitoring The Operation Of The Building Management System (Bms), B) Monitoring The Operation Of The Fire Alarm System (Fire Alarm System), C) Monitoring The Operation Of The Audio Warning System, D) Monitoring The Operation Of The Access Control System, E) Monitoring The Operation Of The Burglary And Attack Detection System, F) Monitoring The Operation Of The Cctv System, G) 2. Supervision Of The Alarm And Call System, And Handling Monitoring To Ensure Security And Order Of Persons And Property. Monitoring Is A Process Of Constant, Systematic Collection, Analysis And Interpretation Of Data On System Operation In Order To Early Detect Irregularities And Ensure Safety. It Involves Real-Time Supervision And Response To Incidents. Ensuring Safety Before, After And During Concerts Taking Place In Wsk (Concert Hall) And Sk (Chamber Hall) By Monitoring The Facility And Reacting In Situations Requiring It Or At The Request Of A Nospr Employee Acting As The Event Coordinator On A Given Concert Day. 3. In The Case Of Events Taking Place At The Sk, Security Staff Are Obliged To Cooperate With The Nospr Employee Who Serves As The Event Coordinator On A Given Concert Day. It Is Allowed For One Of The Security Staff To Leave The Bms Room In Situations That Require It. Ii – Single-Person Post - Concierge (Service Entrance), Staffed 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, By One Security Officer; Facility Monitoring Services And Porter Activities. On Working Days, From 8:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., The Security Employee Will Cooperate With A Nospr Employee Who Performs Only Porter Duties. On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays - The Post Is Staffed 24 Hours By A Security Officer. In The Case Of Large Artistic Projects/Concerts, On Saturday, Sunday And Holidays, Nospr Supplements The Staff With Its Employee In Order To Improve The Flow Of People And Issue Keys To The Dressing Rooms, Directing Guest Artists To The Dressing Rooms. On Days When There Are No Large Artistic Projects/Concerts, The Security Employee Is On Duty Independently, Without The Support Of A Concierge Employee, Performing In Particular The Following Tasks: 1.
