Noskowski, In The Area Of ​​The Current Registration Plot No. 1/2 (Image 4, Sheet 6). The Map Is Prepared For The Purposes Of Administrative Proceedings Regarding The Return Of Expropriated Real Estate In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Real Estate Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 399). The Map For Legal Purposes Should Be Prepared In Two Copies. The Scope Of The Order In Particular Includes: A. Examination Of Land And Mortgage Registers Of Plots Of Which The Expropriated Property Is Part. D. Development Of A Comparison Map With The Terrain Specified In § 8 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of August 18, 2020 On Technical Standards For Performing Geodetic Situational And Height Measurements And The Development And Transfer Of The Results Of These Measurements To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource, With Particular Indication Of The Elements Necessary To Develop Documentation For The Return Of Real Estate.E. Preparation And Registration In Modgik In Lublin Of Documentation Containing, Among Others: A Map Constituting The Basis For Updating The Registration Report With A Detailed Settlement Of The Expropriated Property In Relation To The Existing Land Register And In Relation To The State Of Land Development. F. Participation In The Inspection Of Real Estate, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, In Order To Show The Boundaries Of The Planned Plots That Are The Subject Of Administrative Proceedings.G.
