Deliveries Will Be Made On Working Days (Monday To Friday) From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. 5. The Contractor Declares And Guarantees That The Delivered Aggregate Is Marketed And Used In Road Works To The Extent Appropriate To Its Functional Properties And Intended Use, And Meets The Quality Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned Standard. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Aggregates: Artificial (Aggregate Of Mineral Origin, Obtained As A Result Of An Industrial Process Including Thermal Or Other Modification (E.G.
