The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Children To Primary Schools In Stare Cykarzew, Stare Broniszew, Borowno, Czarny Las, Lubojno, Mykanów And To Kindergartens In Stare Cykarzew, Kuźnica Kiedrzyńska Lubojna, Borowno, Mykanów. Part I - Transport Of Children From Lubojenko And Florków To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Lubojna, - Transport Of Children From Kuźnica Lechowa, Kuźnica Kiedrzyńska, Wola Hankowska, Antoniow To The Primary School In Czarny Las, - Transport Of Children From Antoniowo To The Kindergarten In Kuźnica Kiedrzyńska. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Care For Students During Transport And On The Way Back And To Maintain Special Safety During Student Transport. The Ordering Party Requires That The Rule That Children Cannot Be Unattended During Deliveries And Drop-Offs Is Strictly Observed. Cars Must Have Enough Seats To Accommodate The Number Of Children Transported. The Entity Executing The Order Is Fully Responsible For Providing Care For Children And Young People During Deliveries And Pick-Ups. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Combining The Functions Of A Driver And A Caregiver3. Conditions Applicable To All Tasks: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Maximum Possible Waiting Time For A Replacement Vehicle Does Not Exceed 30 Minutes. The Contractors Tasks Include That Children During Transport Are Under The Care Of The Person Responsible For The Transported Children (It Cannot Be The Driver), Special Care Should Be Given To Pre-School Children - Pre-School Children And Children From Grades I-Iii Must Be Placed Under The Care Of Adults. The Ordering Party Requires That The Guardian Picks Up The Students From The School/Kindergarten Building / I.E. The School/Kindergarten Door/ And Brings The Children To The School/Kindergarten Building / I.E. The School/Kindergarten Door/4) The Number Of Children May Be Adjusted During The Year, I.E.
