The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Includes Physical Assembly Of The Devices That Require It, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Delivered Teaching Aids Must Be: A) Brand New, I.E. Unused, Complete, Not Refurbished, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Defects And Damage, B) Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Original Packaging Of The Equipment Manufacturer, C) Marked With The Ce Mark, Have A Ce Certificate Or A Ce Declaration Of Conformity (If Applicable).
