The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Guarded Swimming Areas And Ensuring The Safety Of People Swimming And Bathing, Practicing Sports Or Recreation In Water Areas In The Bathing Areas Within The Eastern And Western Beaches In Ustka During The Summer Season In 2026, In Accordance With The Provisions Of: 1. Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of People Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended); 2. Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 652); 3. Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of January 23, 2012 On The Minimum Requirements For The Number Of Lifeguards Ensuring Constant Control Of A Designated Water Area (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1981); 4. Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of February 27, 2012 On The Requirements For Equipping Designated Water Areas With Rescue And Auxiliary Equipment, Signaling And Warning Devices, As Well As Medical Equipment, Medicines And Sanitary Articles (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1607); 5. Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of March 6, 2012 On The Method Of Marking And Securing Water Areas And Patterns Of Prohibition And Order Signs As Well As Information Signs And Flags (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1979); 6. Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of March 30, 2016 On Recreation For Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 452, As Amended). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of The Above Services At The Following Swimming Areas: 1. Ustka Wschód Sea Swimming Area: A) 400 M Section Of The Coastline On The Eastern Side Of The Breakwater, Starting From Approximately 225 M From The Breakwater, In The Period July 1 - August 31, 2026 From 10.00-18.00, However, The Outer Rescue Stations Should Be Staffed By An Additional Rescuer, And At Least One Rescuer Should Be On Duty On The Basis Of Rescuers From 18.00-21.00. This Scope Also Includes Additional Lifeguard Staff To Ensure The Operation Of A Bathing Trolley For Disabled People (Minimum 1 Lifeguard) During The Opening Hours Of The Swimming Pool. B) A 100 M Section Of The Coastline On The Eastern Side Of The Breakwater, Starting From Approximately 225 M From The Eastern Breakwater, In The Periods From June 15 To June 30, 2026 And From September 1 To September 15, 2026, From 10.00-18.00, C) At The Time Indicated In Point. And In The Section - Providing An Intervention Group Consisting Of At Least 2 Rescuers, Operating On Weekends From September 16 To September 30 From 10.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M. 2. Ustka Przegląd Sea Swimming Pool - A 100 M Section Of The Coastline On The Eastern Side Of The Breakwater, Starting From Approximately 231.2 Km Of The Coast (East Of The Descent At The Perła Holiday And Sanatorium House, Ul. Wczasowa.) In The Period July 1 - August 31, 2026 At 10.00-18.00. 3. Ustka Zachód Ii Sea Swimming Area -
