The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting re-bids for Stump Grinding Services. The general scope of work shall consist of the grinding of stumps measuring 12" in diameter below surface, the cleanup of debris/wood chips as a result of grinding, and the placement of soil to fill the hole and level to the existing grade of the grass border. The entire tree stump and all surface roots greater than two (2) inches in diameter.
