The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Technology For Catering Operations, Including Haccp Monitoring, Including Their Assembly, Installation, Commissioning And Verification Of Functionality. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Training Of Gastro Technology Operators And Trial Operation For A Period Of 30 Calendar Days. The Maximum Suggested Capacity Of The Kitchen Is 500 Meals Per Day. The Kitchen Operation Will Be Located On Two Floors, 1St Floor And 1St Floor, Which Will Be Connected By An Operational Elevator. Storage, Rough Preparation, Reception Of Raw Materials And Export Of Meals Will Be Located In The 1St Pp. The 1St Floor Will House A Brewhouse, Preparation Rooms And Food Dispatch. Facilities For Workers Will Be Located On Both Floors. The Operation Of The Kitchen Will Form A Closed Unit.
