The Total Amount Of The Works To Be Carried Out Depends On The Needs Of The Client Board And The Number Of Partial Orders That Are Issued. If This Amount And The Number Of Partial Orders Are Not As Expected By The Contractor After The Term Of The Framework Contract, The Contractor Cannot In Any Way Claim Any Compensation Or Adjust Its Unit Prices.
