The Object Of The Procurement Is The Cleaning Services Provided To The Customers Home In The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area. The Cleaning Service Is A Support Service In Accordance With Section 19 Of The Social Care Act, The Purpose Of Which Is To Secure The Conditions For The Customer To Live At Home When The Persons Functional Capacity Has Decreased And He Is Unable To Purchase Or Otherwise Organize A Cleaning Service Himself. Cleaning Service Refers To Maintenance Cleaning Or Clearance Cleaning In The Customers Own Homes Granted By The Kymenlaakso Welfare Areas Social Care. The Service Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description Attached To The Request For Quotation. This Is A New Service For The Subscriber, And The Subscriber Does Not Have An Estimate Of The Number Of Users Of The Service Based On Actual Data. The Orders Are Based On The Customers Needs And Situation, So The Start Of The Service Depends On It.
