Pohjois-Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Later Pohde) Requests Your Offer For The Thrombolysis System In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. It Is A Catheter System Intended For Intravenous Treatment, Which Is Used Especially For Dissolving Blood Clots (Thrombi). The Device Will Be Used By The Customer Free Of Charge And Will Be Owned By The Supplier Throughout The Procurement Period. The Catheters Used In The Device Are Purchased As Needed. The Contract Period Is Two Years, Plus Possible Options Of One + One Year. The Procurement Unit Decides On The Implementation Of Options Separately Each Year. The Prices Of Equipment-Related Supplies, Consumables, Accessories And Spare Parts Will Continue To Be Valid Indefinitely After The Two-Year Deadline. The Procurement Unit Will Select One Supplier Based On The Price. Necessary And Sufficient Quality Is Ensured By Mandatory Requirements. The Procurement Quantities Stated In The Request For Tender Are Estimated Consumption Quantities For The Procurement Period And They Are Notified To Bidders Only To Support The Making Of The Tender. The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower.
