The Subject Of The Present Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site: Reconstruction Of The Internal Water Supply Network On Georgi Georgiev Street From Point 215 To Point 188 According To The Regulatory Plan Of The Town Of Rakitovo, Municipality Of Rakitovo. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement, Contained In A Separate Document, An Integral Part Of This Documentation, As Well As In The Annexes To The Project Documentation. The Contracting Authority Determines The Maximum Allowable Period For The Implementation Of The Smr, Which Should Be Offered By The Participants, As Follows: 360 Calendar Days, Which Begins From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level Of Construction (Appendix No. 2A To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction) And Ends With The Drawing Up Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction). Each Participant Should Propose A Deadline In Calendar Days For The Completion Of The Full Volume Of Construction And Installation Activities According To The Technical Specification And The Prepared Project. The Contract Is Valid Until The Fulfillment Of All The Obligations Assumed By The Parties Under The Contract, But Not Later Than 30.06.2027.
