Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Car Tires

The Order Includes The Delivery Of Car Tires In Three Separate Items As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 With The Name Tires For Passenger Cars - 16 Sub-Items, A Total Of 116 Tires; Separate Position No. 2 With The Name Tires For Trucks And Trailers - 13 Sub-Positions, A Total Of 60 Tires; Separate Position No. 3 With The Name Tires For Specialized Vehicles - 9 Sub-Positions, A Total Of 19 Tires. General Requirements: The Supplied Car Tires Must Be New, Unused, Free Of Manufacturing Defects And Not Retreaded. The Supplied Car Tires Must Comply With The Applicable European Standards And Directives For The Relevant Type Of Product, Incl. Regulation (Eu) 2020/740 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 25 May 2020 On The Labeling Of Tires With Regard To Fuel Efficiency And Other Parameters, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2017/1369 And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 1222/2009. Minimum Warranty Period: 12 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Delivery. The Tires Must Have Been Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025. Implementation Period: 3 Months. Delivery Term: 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. Place Of Performance: Warehouse/Commercial Site Of The Contractor On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contractor Undertakes To Accept The End-Of-Use Car Tires Of The Contracting Authority Free Of Charge In All Its Facilities (Warehouses/Stores) On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of The Waste Management Act (Wma) And The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Treatment Of End-Of-Use Tires (Pms No. 221 Of 14.09.2012).
