The Invitation Is For The Supply Of 52 Medicinal Products, Described In Detail By Type And Volume In The Technical Specification In Separate Nomenclatures. Participants Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Nomenclatures. The Ranking Of The Participants Will Be Done Separately For Each Nomenclature. The Specified Quantities According To The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Employer To Assign Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Implementation Of The Public Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actually Delivered Medicinal Products, Within The Financial Resources. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Request And Purchase The Entire Estimated Quantity Under The Contract, For The Duration Of Its Validity. In The Present Limited Procedure, The Contracting Authority Applies The Order Under Art. 33A Of The Ppzop, As The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Opened Simultaneously.
