The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Contract For Telecommunications Services For Site Networking Of The Emschergenossenschaft / Lippeverband (Eglv). The Scope Of Services Includes Provider Underlay Services, In Particular The Provision And Operation Of Physical Wan Access Lines Based On A Classic Wan Infrastructure. The Use Of Sd Wan Or Overlay Components Is Excluded. In Addition, The Contract Includes Proactive Incident And Line Monitoring, Especially For Critical Locations. The Goal Is Stable, Secure And Highly Available Operation Of The Cross-Site Network Infrastructure. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Four Years And Can Optionally Be Extended Twice By Two Years Each. During The Maximum Contract Term, Individual Calls Can Be Ordered, The Terms Of Which Are Determined Separately And In Individual Cases Can Extend Beyond The End Of The Framework Agreement.
