Year 2026.Establish The Bases And The Procedure For The Granting Of Licenses For Temporary Occupation Of The Public Domain For The Installation Of Booths For The Sale Of Pyrotechnics, On The Occasion Of The Festivities Of Saint John And Saint Peter With An Initial Validity Corresponding To The Fiscal Year 2026, With The Possibility Of Express Annual Extension For The Fiscal Years 2027, 2028 And 2029, Conditional On Fulfillment Of The Obligations Established In The Specification And The Applicable Regulations. The Supply Of The Fireworks Sales Booths Is Not Included In The Present Tender. The Same Must Be Provided By The Bidders. The Authorization For The Installation Of Booths For The Sale Of Pyrotechnics Does Not In Any Case Entail The Authorization Of The City Council Of Figueres To Hold Popular Fairs In The Public Street.
