And The Cuts Must Be: Whole, Taking Into Account The Presentation; No Visible Blood Clots Or Bone Debris; Free Of Visible Foreign Substances; No Unpleasant Odor; Without Extensive Blood Contamination; No Protruding Or Broken Bones Not Specifically Specified; Without Bruises That Have A Physical Impact On The Product; Without Signs Of Freezer Burn. Cuts Are Cut, Deboned And Trimmed With Sufficient Care To Maintain The Integrity And Presentation Of The Cuts And To Avoid Cuts To The Muscular Portions Of The Meat. Fringes Are Removed From The Surfaces Of The Meat. All Documents Must Be Current As Of The Date Of Receipt Of Goods, Replaced In A Timely When The Document Expiration Dates, Names, Place Of Production In The Documents Must Correspond With Each Other.
