The Works Consist Of Removing The Temporary Car Park Surface, Fence And Lighting, Then Reinstating The Topsoil That Was Removed To Enable Its Construction.The Site Can Be Accessed Directly From Hind Street Which Connects It To Colne Road. Colne Road Is A Well-Used ‘A’ Road Between Burnley And Brierfield And Subsequently The M65 Motorway. It Is Prone To Heavy Traffic At Peak Times.Hind Street Is A Terraced Residential Street, And It Is Therefore Recommended That Works Vehicles Are Parked Within The Site, As Required. Although No Areas Have Been Identified, It Is Always A Possibility That Contaminated Land May Beuncovered During The Construction Phase And Therefore The Contractor Should Take This Into Account When Preparing Their Method Statement. The Contractor Should Familiarise Themself With The Location Of The Works, Access And Egress For Personnel, Plant And Materials And All Other Associated Restrictions Before Pricing For The Works.It Is Anticipated That The Works Will Commence On Site In Summer 2027.
