These Facilities Are Leased To Vfl Bochum 1848 Gmbh & Co. Kgaa (Vfl) Under A Lease Agreement. In Order To Enable Vfls Future-Oriented Youth Work, The Hiltroper Straße Campus Is Being Comprehensively Modernized By The Client. Part Of This Modernization And Renovation Is The Construction Of A New Functional Building.
