Construction Work – Construction Modifications Of The Service Center For Homeless People Bratislavská 58A – Change Of Plan Before Completion. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In Structural Modifications Of The Homeless Services Center At Bratislavská 58A In Brno, With The Aim Of Modernizing The Building, Improving The Quality Of The Services Provided And Reducing The Energy Demand Of The Building. The Public Contract Was Originally Awarded In The Period From January 2025 To April 2025 (Preliminary Market Consultations Were Conducted Before The Start Of The Original Procurement Procedure). In The Course Of The Implementation, The Obligation From The Contract With The Supplier Selected As Part Of The Original Procurement Procedure Was Terminated, While The Following Parts Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Were Implemented: • Demolition Work, • Additional Construction And Technical Survey. Before The Start Of This Procurement Procedure, A Request Was Submitted To The Building Authority To Change The Plan Before Completion Regarding The Replacement Of The Existing Reinforced Concrete Ceilings With New Ones, And The Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction Was Updated, Incl. A List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions So That They Correspond To The Actual Scope Of The Unfinished Parts Of The Work. The Building Authoritys Decision To Change The Plan Before Completion Is Expected To Become Legally Binding No Later Than The Day Construction Works Begin.
