Subject To Uniform Contract Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure, All Suitable And Interested Providers Are Offered The Opportunity To Conclude Or Join The Contract At Any Time. Individual Contract Negotiations Are Not Conducted And Individual Contractual Partners Are Not Guaranteed Exclusivity. A Contract Is Concluded With All Providers Who Meet The Requirements For The Contract And Who Have Confirmed This By Signing The Declarations To Be Completed Or The Contract.
