Construction Work – Procurement Of New Construction Wastewater Treatment Plant In Torsby Municipality In Partnering 2. Torsby Municipality Is A Large Municipality Located In Northern Värmland. The Municipality Is Approximately 10 Kilometers Long And Stretches From Torsby Urban Area In The South To The Village Of Långflon In The North. About 11,000 People Live In The Municipality. The Existing Treatment Plant In Torsby Is Located Down By Lake Fryken. The Existing One Is Outdated And The Maintenance Requirement Is Too High, So There Is A Need To Build A New Treatment Plant In The Same Area As The Existing One. In Addition To The Construction Of A New Treatment Plant In The Area, It Is Also Intended To Build New Personnel And Storage Buildings To Create A Hub For The Va Operations In Torsby, As The Operations Are Currently Spread Out In Several Different Locations. With This Procurement, The Client Is Looking For A Collaboration Partner Who Will Lead The Work Of Planning And Procuring Other Required Competence And To Jointly Dimension, Project And Implement The Contract Together With The Client And Create An Environment That Meets The Needs Of The Future. The Project Has The Working Form Of Partnering According To The Intentions In The Construction Contract.
